Blog Interview

A few weeks ago I was contacted by Jason Younger of Eagle Communications. He had discovered my blog using Google alerts. It seems one of my posts was sent to him as an alert. He found my blog interesting and interviewed me about it. He even took a drive through Eastside Cemetery after reading my blog.

Thank you, Jason.

You can listen to my interview below. And, yes, I am a southern girl!

Happy Easter!

No cemetery data or photo here. Just me sharing a photo taken today. My son arrived yesterday for his pre-deployment leave. He'll soon deploy to Afghanistan for a year. Tomorrow is his 26th birthday and we're having an open house and surprise birthday party for him. On Sunday we'll celebrate Easter with church service and a family dinner.

Happy Easter, everyone!

I will wait

I know I saw this when I photographed this stone but last night it touched me.

Lillie married John Fay: 1888 - ?
George: 1889 - 1957
